Because of the variety of production and the complexity of production process, the traditional cost accounting method can not objectively reflect the companys production cost. In order to provide more accurate and more comprehensive cost information to the companys management, improve the companys operational efficiency and meet the companys development needs. Based on the theory of production cost management, this paper analyzes the current situation of cost management in Shenzhen Lixun Precision Industry Co. , Ltd. . Through this paper, we can find out the cost control problem of Shenzhen Lixun Precision Industry Co. , Ltd. , as well as Shenzhen Lixun Precision Industry Co. , Ltd. to optimize the cost management strategy and summarize the current market and company development. Find a suitable solution to solve the companys production cost management problems.
